hippity hoppity easter’s on it’s way

March 31, 2024

The Easter holiday was highly anticipated this year. Theo made a sign with Easter stickers to make sure the Easter bunny knew where to deliver his basket. He practiced all month for singing his song in church with the other Primary children. He counted down the days until the neighborhood egg hunt, and went to bed early Saturday night so the Easter bunny would come.

Sunday morning, the kids found their baskets hanging on the chandelier and in the dryer, indulged in plenty of chocolate bunnies and sour ropes, and went to church where Theo did his first ‘choir’ performance on the podium (“Gethsemane”). After church, we spent the rest of the day with Hayden’s family enjoying a delicious feast, more egg hunting, and coloring Easter eggs (and trying out the new Full Self Drive beta in Hayden’s Tesla).

These are some pictures from the egg hunt Saturday afternoon and a few from Sunday morning.

happy easter!
